Do you have ready stock for me whenever I walk into your store?

We are encourage you to WhatsApp us first before you walk in, that to make sure that the flower you look are available. Our bouquet are freshly made daily after order had confirm in our system.
We suggest you look at our website to look the product you prefer, so that we can help you prepare in advanced. Time for preparing around 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Why is my status still “Processing”?

Processing: Order is received, we will prepare the order on the selected delivery date.
Completed: Item is already received/delivered or picked up.
Refunded: Order is refunded.
Cancelled: Order is cancelled.

I called in but my call was not picked up?

our customer service may be occupied when you called. You may try to WhatsApp to us in message. We will get back to you as soon as possible!

Can I message/call in after your working hours?

You may message us by WhatsApp any time, our customer service will reply to your enquiry once they got back to work or afterwork once they is free .Our hotline is 24 hr customer may contact us anytime if no person answer may whatapp us and we will reply once saw it.

What sort of payment methods are available to us?

Our website enables Paypal.

If you purchase through Whatsapp, online transfer and T&G will available.

Is COD available?

COD is not available. Before out of delivery, full payment must be made.

Can I pay upon pickup?

Full payment or deposit been made, only will proceed the order to avoid cancellation.

Ordering Procedures

Can I pick up my bouquet from your store?

Yes. Pick up available from 1pm – 6pm.

What should I do before picking it up?

You can notify us through Whatsapp message before 1 hours you pick up.

Can I just walk in and purchase?

Ready stock is limited or none. You are encourage to pre book through our Whatsapp message, time preparation around 30min to 1 hours.

What is the cut-off time for online orders for same-day delivery?

Our cut-off time is at 5pm. Kindly place an order before the time stated for same-day delivery. If the order make after 5 pm, the date still state same day delivery. We will depend on our situation.

I wish to add items to my order, what should I do?

Please contact our customer service through Whatsapp message, so we can assist you on this without placing a new order.

I have 2 bouquets to send to 2 different locations, how should I place my order?

Please place 2 orders separately as the delivery fees are calculated as per drop. 2 different locations will require you to pay for 2 delivery fees.

I have 2 bouquets to send to 2 different receivers in the same place, how should I place my order?

You may write the message for different receivers before adding the product to the cart. Only 1 order is required for 1 location.

How much are the delivery fees?

During checkout details page, after you fill in address and postcode, will show you in total.
Some of area out of our coverage in website, you may contact us thtough Whatsapp message. Our customer service will assit you.

I can’t seem to check out/process my order.

There are a few reasons that may cause this error, you may refresh the page and try again. If for the second time you are still unable to checkout, kindly contact our customer service so they can place the order on your behalf.

I want to purchase customized / special flower bouquets.

You may contact our customer service, we will help you to check the flower sources avaibility from our supplier before proceed payment. We encourage to check with us 3 days before delivery date.

Delivery info

When will my order be delivered?

Your order will be delivered on the same day as the chosen date of your order at the checkout page.

Why should I provide the recipient’s contact number?

Recipient’s contact is important for our driver to make sure he/she at the location buyer had provide or make change the delivery address. In case, we also need to notify to receiver if received on behalf.

I wish it could be a surprise.

You may put your own number, so that our driver can inform you first before delivery.

How is the delivery done?

We have few outsources transport company. Due to peak season, Grab express also part of our delivery driver.

Do your riders deliver to the door?

For landed properties, our driver will deliver to door step. For the building, driver will depend on the situation.
We might call receiver come down to pick up due to high traffic time.

Can I choose a specific time to deliver?

Standard delivery service is completed between 12 pm – 7 pm. If you still have prefer timing, we cannot be promise the certain duration will be done deliver as stated.

Why is my delivery late?

We apologize for the inconvenience. Sometime cause by traffic jam or vehicle breakdown.

Can I track my order?

You will receive an email or WhatsApp message by our customer service after delivery completed.

I need to know where exactly is my order now!

We only can provide you the exactly location if the order send by Grab express.
For our other outsources driver, we only can give the estimate time to arrive.

My recipient is leaving the location soon.

Our driver will call receiver before deliver, to let receiver know the estimate time reach. If our driver unable to reach, receiver can let is know the next location where to next.

My recipient is not there when you deliver?

Our driver will make call before deliver. If receiver did not pick up phone, driver will call buyer to make sure deliver same address or change location. If both no answer, driver will direct send to the address had provide at first and send us done deliver prove. Our customer service will inform through WhatsApp message or call.

Flower Care

What to do when I receive the bouquet/flowers?

Make sure the flowers are not placed in a hot environment. Place it in an air-conditioned room at all times to make sure the flowers can breathe. If you received daisies or sunflowers, please spray some water on the flower buds to hydrate them. Roses do not need to be sprayed as the water droplets will soften the petals causing wilt.

How long do the flowers last?

Wet cotton will be place at the stem area in every bouquet. So the flower may absorb the water after we send out for delivery.
Fresh flowers usually last 2-3days, while preserved flowers can last up to 2 years or above if kept in good conditions.

Can I get the flowers a day before I use them?

Yes. But you have own responsibility to take care the flower. Do not place at hot environment, and spray some water on petals to maintain the freshness.
We will suggest to keep in refrigerator.

How do I keep it fresh for the next day?

Put in room temperature or air conditional room. No direct sunlight to the flower.
Also, spray some water on the petals.

Peak Seasons

What occasions will be considered as peak periods?

Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc

What should I expect during these periods?

A bit slow reply in message due to high volume of inquiries. No specific time for delivery. We will try to delivered in our standard timing, which is 12pm – 7pm, but it might extend due to large volume of order.

How long does the peak periods last?

Normally 3 – 4 days. Before 2 days to actual day and after the actual day.

When should I place an order?

As early as possible. We suggest one week before the actual day peak season.
Customization orders is allowed it depend on the situations. Customer may WhatsApp us what design wish to customized.

How is the price so much higher than before?

During the peak periods, our suppliers will increase their stock price, hence our price will also be affected.
